Contact Data- address and telephone numbers

Demographic Data- Gender and age

Financial Data - Payment details

We do not collect any data relating to race and ethnicity, sexual orientation, political opinions or criminal convictions.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as is legally required to fulfil the contract you have entered into with us 

By agreeing to our terms and conditions on entering into an  agreement for us to provide Payroll processing services, you give  consent for your personal data to be used for these purposes.

By law we have to retain certain information for six years.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and the right to have it amended.You also have the right to request that we delete your personal data.
